1. Agreement

These terms apply to this website and the Twister Telegram bot (together, "Twister", "we", "us"). By using Twister you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Twister.

2. Who can use Twister

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to trade digital assets where you live. You may not use Twister if doing so breaks any law that applies to you.

3. What Twister does

Twister is software that places trades automatically based on the settings you choose. It cannot predict prices, and it can make mistakes or stop working.

4. No financial advice

Nothing on this website, in the bot or in messages from us is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You decide whether and how to use Twister, and you are responsible for that decision.

5. Risks

Trading is risky. By using Twister you accept that:

• Prices can fall very quickly, and you can lose all the money you trade.
• Orders can fill at worse prices than you expect when prices move fast or liquidity is low.
• Transactions can fail, be delayed or cost more than expected because of network congestion, fees or slippage.
• Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed once they are confirmed.

6. Your responsibilities

• Keep your Telegram account and any wallet you use with Twister secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Check your settings before you turn on automated trading. The bot follows them as set.
• Report and pay any taxes that apply to your trades.

7. Fees

Any fees for using Twister will be shown to you in the bot before they apply. Blockchain network fees are set by the network, not by us.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Twister to manipulate markets, trade with funds from illegal activity, break any law, interfere with the service, or copy, resell or reverse engineer it.

9. Availability

We work to keep Twister running, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error free or fast enough to catch a particular trade. We may change, pause or stop any part of Twister at any time.

10. Disclaimer

Twister is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading losses, missed trades, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses that come from using or being unable to use Twister.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using Twister at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Twister after a change, you accept the updated terms.
