Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. The Twister Telegram bot uses the information it needs to run your trades and support you. We do not sell your data.

Who we are

This policy covers this website and the Twister Telegram bot (together, "Twister", "we", "us"). You can contact us on Telegram at @Twisteradmin.

This website

This website has no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising. It does not load scripts, fonts or images from other companies.

Like any website, the server that hosts it may automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you requested and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.

The Get bot and Telegram buttons take you to Telegram. Telegram's own privacy policy applies to anything you do there.

Information the bot uses

When you use the Twister bot, we process:

  • Your Telegram user ID, username and display name.
  • The messages and commands you send to the bot.
  • The trading settings you choose in the bot.
  • The public address of any wallet you use with the bot, and the transactions the bot makes for you.
  • Messages you send us when you ask for help.

Blockchain transactions are public and permanent. Anyone can see them, and neither we nor anyone else can delete them.

How we use it

  • To run the bot and carry out the trades and settings you choose.
  • To send you trade updates and answer your questions.
  • To find and fix problems, and to prevent abuse and fraud.
  • To meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers that help us run Twister, such as server hosting and blockchain network providers, and only as much as they need to do that work.
  • When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and of Twister.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you use the bot. If you ask us to delete your data, we will delete it unless we need to keep some of it to meet a legal obligation. On-chain transactions cannot be deleted by anyone.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by messaging @Twisteradmin. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so keep your Telegram account and wallet secure, and never share your seed phrase or private key with anyone who contacts you.

Age

Twister is only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
